CAR-RAC is an automotive selling platform for dealers throughout the U.S. and is based in Richmond, VA. CAR-RAC has grown quickly into one of the leading digital online sellers in the U.S. and is looking for outside sales representatives who understand the automotive sales business and want the independence of an outside sales position. CAR-RAC is hiring for multiple locations in the U.S. These positions include a base salary, a car allowance, phone allowance, and uncapped commissions!
Do you have experience in the automotive space working as a New or Used Car Sales Manager? Are you tired of being on the retail side? Are you a “Hunter” and ready for the next challenge? We are looking for YOU to join our team and start building partnerships with dealerships in your region to promote the benefits of our online digital platform. This is a highly in-demand opportunity and will reward you based on experience.
- Identify potential dealers within your assigned region.
- Present CAR-RAC to automotive dealers within assigned region and explain the NO COST unless you sell benefits of using CAR-RAC to help sell that dealers inventory.
- Achieve or exceed established sales goals.
- Utilize CRM daily for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grown new business in your territory.
- Ensure both customers and prospects have a detailed understanding of our products.
- Present customers with offers and accept, counter, or decline the offers for the customer.
Candidates must have:
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma with some college preferred.
- Ability to learn online platforms related to selling in the wholesale industry.
- Microsoft word and excel experience and understanding.
- Three years of sales experience.
- Ability to professionally present CAR-RAC to a prospective customer.
- The ability to constantly monitor, send and receive offers via email, text, and / or phone. This is mostly done using a smart phone. This must be done quickly and throughout the day, evening, and on the weekends however it can generally be done from anywhere and takes only seconds in most cases.
- A constant drive to achieve and succeed.
- 3-5 years of previous successful outside sales experience and / or automotivesale experience.
- Established contacts in the automotive sales industry within an assigned region
- Experience with OVE, SmartAuction and/or ADESA wholesale buying and selling platforms
- An understanding of NAAA arbitration policies
- The same enthusiasm in selling a $1000 vehicle as selling a $150,000 vehicle.
$50,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year.
